If you get one-time spammers that post on your blog and then go MIA on you, then the LinkLove plugin is worth checking out.

The LinkLove plugin, allows you to shut off the nofollow until the visitor has posted a set amount, before they can achieve a DoFollow link status. The variable settings are located in the default php file contains and can be edited to with a text editor.
